SHIPPING POLICY

Order Cancellation

Please be aware that orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Because of this, we may not be able to cancel an order once it has entered processing. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible at info.alemberee@gmail.com. If the order has already shipped, you may start a return once the package arrives. 

Priority + Insured Shipping

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, you will be given the option to have the order reshipped or refunded.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Alemberee is not responsible if an incorrect shipping address is entered during checkout.  Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge. 

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days before shipment. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. In some cases, tracking updates may take a few days to appear depending on the shipping carrier.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at info.alemberee@gmail.com
